It is known that Aishwarya was dropped from Bhandarkar's Heroine due to her pregnancy. She was criticized for not informing Bhandarkar earlier about the situation. Now the actress has sent a notice to Bhandarkar not to use any of the stills which were shot by her for the film. She has also returned the signing amount to UTV. The amount was apprx 22.5 lakhs. The actress had shot 8 days for the film.
